As Lab Manager at Bioskills of the North East, Jessica Jennings oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all lab events with precision and care. With a strong focus on operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and compliance, Jessica ensures that every program—from setup to cleanup—runs smoothly, safely, and successfully.
Jessica brings extensive experience in surgical lab operations, team leadership, and event logistics. She works closely with clients, vendors, and medical staff to customize lab experiences that meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Whether managing specimens, coordinating equipment, or leading staff, Jessica is known for her meticulous attention to detail and calm, solutions-oriented approach.

In her role, she helps ensure seamless lab operations—managing audio-visual technology, prepping lab environments, and providing a warm, professional experience for every guest.
Jessica brings a proven track record of client-focused excellence. She has a natural ability to anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and create a smooth, supportive environment for both clients and colleagues. Her strengths in communication, adaptability, and organization make her an essential part of the team.

Samuel oversees all finance and accounting functions for Bioskills of the North East including all payroll and employee benefits. He brings over 10 years of healthcare industry finance and accounting management experience to BONE. Samuel received his B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, and his MBA from Bryant University.
Katisha Mendez brings warmth, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence to her role as Client Experience Coordinator. She is often the first point of contact for visitors, physicians, and guests—ensuring every interaction is welcoming and seamless. Beyond the front desk, Katisha plays a vital role in supporting the team with administrative coordination and timely communication, helping to keep daily operations on track.
With a background in educational and healthcare environments, Katisha has developed a strong foundation in client service, administrative processes, and team collaboration. Her experience includes managing student intake and documentation, supporting classroom and office functions, and providing care in human services and group home settings.
